Kevin Lorenz is a partner at McMahon Berger and has been employed with the firm since 1987. His experience includes successfully representing employers in a variety of federal, state and local courts and agencies throughout the United States covering a broad range of labor and employment matters including National Labor Relations Board proceedings, employment discrimination claims, arbitrations, union organizing, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, picketing and boycott issues, wrongful discharge, breach of employment agreements, wage and hour issues, independent contractor issues, covenants not to compete and violation of trade secret agreements and/or acts. He has extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, policies, drug testing plans and various other employment agreements and policies.

Kevin has been a speaker at seminars for a variety of groups including programs for individual employer groups covering a broad range of employment law matters including proper disciplinary and termination techniques, avoidance of discrimination claims and successful defense of unemployment claims.
