Patricia M. McFall. Over her twenty (20) plus years of practice with the law firm, Ms. McFall has litigated Equal Employment Opportunity related matters in the Federal courts throughout the United States and has represented employer interests in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Eighth Circuits. In one such case, the firm’s client was awarded costs and attorney’s fees against the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Additionally, Ms. McFall has litigated in the State court system and the appellate courts on employment law related claims, as well as on wrongful discharge and related state tort (whistle blower, etc.) claims. Actions concerning non-compete and confidentiality agreements have also been successfully advanced in the State court systems. Ms. McFall practices extensively before the Federal and State administrative agencies and is a frequent lecturer on current employment issues, including anti-harassment, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Glass Ceiling initiative and related topics. She also provides training on a regular basis for new supervisors and managers as requested by firm clients and provides ongoing advice and preventative counseling in the labor and employment areas to clients, including matters regarding policy development.
