Joshua E. Richardson’s practice focuses principally in the area of employee benefits, with particular emphasis upon benefit plan administration and design. Josh’s practice areas include the pension and tax laws governing qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation arrangements and welfare benefit plans.
Josh assists clients in the creation, operation and correction of qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. He has represented plan sponsors and trustees before both the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor on issues ranging from plan qualification to fiduciary obligations.
