Gina Moshiri represents the interests of management in all areas of labor and employment law. Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Ms. Moshiri clerked for the Hon. Stephen N. Limbaugh in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. During law school, Ms. Moshiri gained experience working at the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Ms Moshiri also represented Saint Louis University as a member of the National Moot Court Team.

Ms. Moshiri represents clients on various labor matters, including arbitration, union avoidance, elections, collective bargaining, strikes, injunctions, and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board. Ms. Moshiri’s employment practice includes defending claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Moshiri also is involved in investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before administrative agencies. In addition, Ms. Moshiri advises clients on employment-related matters, such as personnel policies, daily human resources issues, employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks.
