Following his clerkship for The Honorable E. Richard Webber, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Mr. LeMoine has represented public corporations, insurance companies, private companies, and healthcare organizations concerning a wide variety of labor law and employment law issues, ERISA litigation, and business litigation. He has counseled and represented clients during Department of Labor investigations and before numerous administrative agencies. Mr. LeMoine also regularly counsels clients on a wide range of employment law, labor law and pre-litigation issues.
Mr. LeMoine is active in the community through his local church and through other organizations, including as a board member for Epworth Children and Family Services and the United Way Young Leader’s Society Cabinet. He has also extensively represented two not-for-profit agencies on a pro bono basis.
