David P. Frenzia represents the interests of management in all areas of labor and employment law. Dave comes to McMahon Berger with over ten years of law enforcement experience. Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Dave was a Police Officer for the City of St. Charles and served as a Medicolegal Death Investigator for the City of St. Louis. While in law school, Dave concentrated his studies in the area of labor and employment law earning a Certificate in Employment Law. Dave also received Academic Excellence Awards in the following: Contracts I, Civil Procedure II, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Unions and Their Members.

Dave provides various services to clients in the labor area, including representing management in arbitration, National Labor Relations Board elections, objections to elections including pre- and post-election conduct, collective bargaining, strikes and injunctions, and unfair labor practice charges. Dave also handles all facets of employment law, including employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
