Dallas W. Cupp represents the interests of management in all areas of labor and employment law. Dallas devotes the majority of his practice to representing employers in federal and state courts, as well as before federal, state and local administrative agencies. Dallas represents clients on various employment matters, including the defense of claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Dallas also is involved in litigating restrictive covenant issues and retaliatory discharge issues on behalf of management. Dallas also is involved in investigating and responding on behalf of management to employee claims before various federal, state and local administrative agencies. In addition, Dallas advises clients on employment-related matters, such as personnel policies, daily human resources issues, employment contracts, severance agreements and employee handbooks. Dallas also represents clients on various labor matters, including arbitration, union avoidance, elections, collective bargaining, strikes, injunctions and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
