John joined McMahon Berger, a national labor and employment law firm, in 1985. Since then, he has successfully represented employers throughout the United States in Federal and State courts at every level, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He has obtained favorable jury verdicts in numerous wrongful discharge and discrimination lawsuits and has represented clients in labor arbitration proceedings throughout the country.

John’s prior experience as an attorney for the Labor Department gives him a unique perspective in defending employers and dealing with investigations. He helps clients avoid litigation through expert counseling on labor and employment issues. He conducts individualized training to facilitate compliance with all applicable employment and labor legal requirements. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, John is also a regular guest speaker at seminars for management associations and other organizations on employment-related topics.
