Christina Sondermann Capizzi will be discussing how the U.S. Department of Labor’s recent statement on employers’ cybersecurity obligations will impact employers. will discuss practical steps employers can take through preventative policies and procedures designed to reduce cybersecurity and legal risks associated with cybersecurity incidents and breaches. All questions submitted through the chat during this session will be addressed at the end of the final session on August 17, 2021.
