We will discuss best practices for intake of employee complaints, mapping out your investigative strategy, interviewing witnesses, and documenting and concluding your investigation.
  • Rex Fennessey of McMahon Berger P.C. will discuss seven policies and strategies every employer should consider when dealing with employee leaves of absence. These simple policies and practices can help curb employee leave abuse and avoid common problems employers face when confronting the interaction of the Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and state leave and worker’s compensation laws.
