Gina represents the interests of management in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Her labor practice includes arbitration, union avoidance, elections, collective bargaining, strikes, injunctions, and unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB. She represents employers in claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other laws and regulations at the Federal and State levels. Gina also advises clients on employment-related matters including personnel policies, human resources, employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.

Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Gina clerked for the Hon. Stephen N. Limbaugh in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. During law school, she worked at the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. She also represented St. Louis University on the National Moot Court Team.
