Tom remains actively engaged at McMahon Berger, a national employment and labor law firm, even after retiring as a full-time partner in 2007.

As an experienced attorney and advisor, he works on union and employment contracts, arbitration, and non-jury court matters. He advises employers on union avoidance, strikes, and employment discrimination issues. Although he has retired as the first chair in jury trials, Tom continues to work on employment discrimination cases.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Tom has over 40 years of experience working in labor and employment law as a litigator before the NLRB and has represented numerous clients in Federal and State courts. Before joining McMahon Berger, Tom served as an attorney for the NLRB for four years, where he prosecuted unfair labor practice cases.
