He works on union and employment contracts, arbitration, and non-jury court matters. He advises employers on union avoidance, strikes, and employment discrimination issues. Although he has retired as the first chair in jury trials, Tom continues to work on employment discrimination cases.
Tom has over 40 years of experience working in labor and employment law as a litigator before the NLRB and has represented numerous clients in Federal and State courts. Before joining McMahon Berger, Tom served as an attorney for the NLRB for four years, where he prosecuted unfair labor practice cases.
