William B. (“Bill”) Jones represents management in all facets of labor and employment law. He defends clients against discrimination claims under Federal and State laws and investigates claims brought before administrative agencies. He also represents employers in class action defense and trade secret and noncompetition enforcement matters. Additionally, Bill represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, in organizing campaigns, decertification efforts, and ULP defense, as well as in collective bargaining, representing the interests of employers in ensuring the ability to operate in an efficient and productive manner. Bill is also very adept at advising clients on compliance matters that allow a business to obtain complete compliance with the least burden on operations.
Bill’s experience derives from his prior time as an associate and partner with the Firm, now returned as a partner. Bill comes back to the Firm after taking on a corporate position for 18 years with client Enterprise Mobility. In his Vice President role, Bill led Enterprise Mobility’s HR and labor relations legal efforts. Given this experience, Bill brings a unique perspective to representing business clients–understanding business from the inside. When the Firm’s clients speak to Bill, they have the comfort of knowing he has been “in their seat” before.
