Kevin has more than 30 years of experience representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law. As an experienced attorney based in St. Louis, Missouri, he has worked closely with clients across a wide range of industries throughout the country.

Kevin has successfully defended employers throughout the United States against discrimination claims and other employment litigation nationwide in Federal, State, and local courts and before administrative agencies. He has represented employers on a broad range of labor matters including NLRB proceedings, arbitrations, collective bargaining agreements, picketing and boycott issues. His employment representation includes defense of claims of wrongful discharge, breach of contract, tortious interference, enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants, wage and hour investigations by agencies and lawsuits, drafting employment, non-competition and trade secret agreements, and drafting handbooks and employment policies.

Kevin is a frequent guest speaker for employer organizations on issues including proper disciplinary and termination techniques, and avoidance of discrimination claims. His presentations have also covered payroll issues such as garnishments, union avoidance, and other management and human resources training.
