Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Michael represents the interests of management in all facets of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on employment litigation. He defends employers throughout the United States against discrimination claims brought under both Federal and State laws. He works on behalf of management to investigate and respond to employee claims before administrative agencies. He also advises clients on employment-related matters including employment contracts and daily human resources issues.

Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Michael practiced at a prestigious defense litigation firm in Kansas City. In this role as a defense attorney, he represented doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases, and handled numerous business litigation matters. Before entering private practice, he served for two years as the Chief Law Clerk for the Hon. Charles E. Atwell in the Missouri 16th Judicial Circuit.
