Christina Sondermann Capizzi will be discussing how the U.S. Department of Labor’s recent statement on employers’ cybersecurity obligations will impact employers. During this webinar session attendees will learn the basics of cybersecurity threats facing employers and an employer’s legal obligations to prevent and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches. All questions submitted through the chat during this session will be addressed at the end of the final session on August 17, 2021.
