In the final installment of the series Christina Sondermann Capizzi will be discussing how the U.S. Department of Labor’s recent statement on employers’ cybersecurity obligations will impact employers. She will discuss practical steps employers can take through preventative policies and procedures designed to reduce cybersecurity and legal risks associated with cybersecurity incidents and breaches. In addition, she will discuss predictions on the future of cybersecurity law and government oversight, as well as answers to attendee questions presented throughout the series.
