Brian O’Neal represents management in all facets of labor and employment law. He defends clients against discrimination claims under Federal and State laws and investigates claims brought before administrative agencies. He advises employers on matters such as employment contracts and daily human resources issues.

Prior to joining McMahon Berger, a national employment and labor law firm in St.Louis, Missouri, Brian gained extensive experience defending corporations against lawsuits ranging from medical malpractice to employment matters. He also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Gary M. Gaertner, Sr. at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
