8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Keynote Presentation –  “Marijuana and the Workplace:  It’s the Technology That Needs to Catch Up” – Bryan D. LeMoine

Everyone is talking about accommodating marijuana in the workplace, but accommodating marijuana use is the wrong way of looking at it.  This keynote will discuss the challenges (legal and technological) facing employers stuck between federal and state laws concerning marijuana, and how employers should handle employees who test positive for marijuana use.
